Delivery & Return
We ship everywhere in the world. In the following table, you can find the shipping fee and estimated delivery time depending on the place where you live. When your order is shipped, you will receive a track and trace code to follow your parcel.
Please be aware of the fact that we are a Belgian company that ships from within Belgium. It means there can be additional costs for customs and taxes for customers outside the European Union. These possible additional costs are not included in the purchase and have to be paid by the customer.
You have the right to return your purchase within fourteen days after the delivery date.
The returned products must be intact, in a perfect state for resale, and in original packing. They cannot have been used or to have suffered even minimum deterioration, and in a state of perfect cleanliness. Any product which is damaged, incomplete, or whose original packing is deteriorated, will be neither refunded nor exchanged.
It’s important to send an email to email@example.com within fourteen days after you received your package, otherwise, we can’t accept your return. Include your order number and the product(s) you want to return in your email. We reply to your email with the return address. Note that this address is in Belgium, Europe.
Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. You can decide yourself which shipping method you want to use. Please pack your package very well. If your package is damaged when returned because of insufficient protective packaging and it can be resold again, we won’t be able to give you a refund.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of our item, we will process your return. This can take up to 7 days from the receipt of your item. You will be refunded in the same way you paid for your order. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
